Diner guests are gathered around three pots of boiling water. They’re waiting for the clock to match the number of minutes printed on the knapsack filled with food they put inside. It’s a strange communal feel, like a campfire with strangers. The DIY restaurant by food designers House of Origin is part of the Dutch Design Week.
